I used to keep my plans and store my workout logs usually in a notes app and it usually did the job for a very long time.
Recently, I have had a bit of a craze of converting small work into websites, and I saw this tweet about using Claude to build a master workout plan for you
( https://x.com/Hawks0x/status/2039438255653806526 )
While this uses Claude projects to maintain it. I decided to take one step further and convert this to a website.
Hosting is done on CloudFlare pages, spun a free worker and all my data is stored inside a GitHub repository, so that solves the problem of data storing and logging.
I made a weekly reminder check-in with Claude to track the progress and see if we need to change anything or continue, which kinda acts like a personal trainer.
