I want to share something that I have been working on and off for the past few weeks, and I think it's quite stable to share what I have built till now.
Introducing Journal - a premium local-first journaling application designed for effortless writing and privacy.
It's an offline-first PWA with all the basic capabilities you would expect in any other note-taking app. The controls and shortcuts feel just like any other apps, so you don't have to learn new things to use them.
It's also powered by AI, which runs fully offline on your device using WebLLM. This AI helps you in autocompletion, paraphrasing, and answering questions while still giving u the native feel u want to have.
AI features are still in alpha stages and might need more fine-tuning, but the basic TextEditing and advanced Searching Features work out of the box.
Your notes are synced and stored encrypted in your personal identity. It uses YouAuth, which powers any Homebase identity (https://homebase.id for more info)
Personally, I have been using this for a while to keep track and maintain all my notes. There are so many features planned that I will add them soon as I need it

Introducing OG Banana: Generates Open Graph metadata for better SEO accessibility
This web app lets you paste a URL + optional context and returns:
- SEO‑friendly <title> and meta description
- Full Open Graph + Twitter Card tags
- A 1200×630 AI‑generated preview image that matches your site’s vibe
- Copy‑pasteable HTML snippet ready for your <head>
Runs purely on Appwrite Sites and heavily uses cloud functions for processing.
This UI has been entirely built using Gemini 3.0, and it uses Gemini 2.5-pro for meta tags and image prompt generation and Gemini 2.5-flash-image for og image generation.

#blackforesthackathon hosted by BlackForest Solutions GmbH held in Offenburg.
We spent the weekend building a solution for generating a consistent, multilingual work instructions handbook automatically from CAD assemblies.
The best part about our project is that it runs completely offline and ensures total data privacy.
